These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LumiLog ("the App"), operated by crelve ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using LumiLog, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LumiLog is a skincare routine management app that provides:
LumiLog does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, or reset.
LumiLog offers optional premium subscriptions and a lifetime purchase:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of crelve and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
LumiLog is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Skincare advice provided (including AI advice) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crelve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

LumiLogはアカウント登録不要で利用できます。すべてのデータはデバイス上にローカル保存されます。デバイスのセキュリティ管理はユーザー自身の責任とし、デバイスの紛失・破損・初期化によるデータ損失について当社は責任を負いません。
本アプリでは以下のプレミアムプランをご利用いただけます：
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。支払いは購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに課金されます。Apple IDのアカウント設定からサブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルが可能です。適用法律またはAppleの返金ポリシーで定める場合を除き、返金は行いません。
以下の行為を禁止します：
本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ・機能・機能性はcrelveの独占的な財産であり、適用される知的財産法によって保護されています。
LumiLogは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証もありません。アプリが提供するスキンケアアドバイス（AIアドバイスを含む）は情報提供のみを目的としており、医学的アドバイスではありません。医療上の懸念については皮膚科医または医療専門家にご相談ください。
適用法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、crelveは、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる間接的・偶発的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害に対しても責任を負いません。
当社は本規約をいつでも変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更については施行日を更新してお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用する場合、改定された規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は適用される法律に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、誠意をもって協議により解決するものとします。
