Privacy First: LumiLog is designed with your privacy in mind. All skincare data, progress photos, and routines are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
This Privacy Policy describes how crelve ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use LumiLog ("the App").

Your skincare data is stored locally on your device using Hive, a fast local database. This data is not backed up to the cloud unless you use Apple's device backup feature (iCloud Backup).
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect any data we do process. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.
LumiLog requests access to your camera and photo library to capture and store progress photos. This data is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers.
LumiLog requests permission to send push notifications for routine reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings. A Firebase Cloud Messaging token is used solely to deliver these notifications and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
LumiLog is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.
How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent. AI features stay disabled until you accept, and declining leaves the rest of the App fully usable. You can change this choice at any time in the App settings.
Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our processor under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, and is required to protect it to a standard equivalent to this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

LumiLogは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。13歳未満の子供から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13歳未満の子供が個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。

送信されるデータ：AI機能をご利用の際、その機能に入力したテキストと、お客様が明示的に添付を選んだ画像のみが、Firebase AI Logic を経由して Google LLC が運営する Gemini AI サービスへ送信されます。氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・位置情報・端末識別子はこれらのリクエストに含まれません。
収集方法と利用目的：データはAI機能でリクエストを送信した時点でのみ収集され、お客様が求めた応答を生成して返す目的にのみ利用されます。広告配信やプロファイリングその他の目的には利用しません。
同意について：本アプリは、データを送信する前に必ず明示的な同意を求めます。同意がない限りAI機能は無効のままで、同意しない場合も他の機能は通常どおりご利用いただけます。同意はアプリの設定画面からいつでも変更できます。
第三者による保護：Google は当社の委託先として Firebase および Google Cloud の規約に基づき当該データを取り扱い、本プライバシーポリシーと同等の水準でデータを保護することが求められています。
本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。重要な変更については施行日を更新してお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用する場合、改定されたポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
